Chad Harding

A native of Seattle, Washington. Chad discovered his passion for the beverage industry with his first job after college. Chad worked for E&J Gallo Winery for nine years, holding various roles in Sales and Category Management. In 2006, he joined Constellation Brands as the Director of National Accounts (Albertsons). During his 17-year tenure at Constellation Brands, Chad worked in roles spanning National Account Sales, Category Management, Strategic Insights, Multi State Sales, and most recently as the General Manager of Sales for Canada. In 2024, Chad join Hayden Beverage Company to assume the role of General Manager of North Idaho. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington State University, where he continues to contribute as a member of the National Board of Advisors for the WSU School of Hospitality Business Management and the Wine Business Management Steering Committee. Additionally, he earned his MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business in 2011. Chad and his wife Tracee have been married for 29 years and are proud parents to two children, Baylee and Luke. They also have a 2½-year-old Chocolate Labrador named Booker.
