Waddell’s Brewing Co. opened its operations on December 23, 2013. Originally starting out on a 7 barrel Brewhouse with three 7 barrel fermenters, and 8 brite tanks. Within a year of opening, the need to expand was realized, and three more 15 barrel fermenters were added, increasing production to almost 850 barrels per year. Waddell’s Head Brewer, Bryan Utigard, who has been running the brewery since its inception, comes from a long brewing background, working in the industry for over 10 years. With multiple award winning beers, Waddell’s boasts a wide variety of styles, ranging from light German style lagers to hoppy IPA’s, dark oatmeal stouts, and even kettle sours and barrel aged beers. Attached to the brewery is Waddell’s Brewpub, which highlights all off Waddell’s fine brews, and pairs each one of them with exceptionally made burgers and pub food.
